Job Title: HR Executive

About the Role : We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Mumbai team. Experience in the travel industry will be an added advantage, and the candidate should be comfortable managing end-to-end HR operations — from recruitment to employee engagement, administration, and asset management. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and building a positive, well-organized workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for the Mumbai location, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate offer rollouts.
• Maintain employee records, HRIS data, attendance, and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and prepare HR letters and documentation.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
• Drive initiatives that improve workplace culture and satisfaction.
• Gather employee feedback and support action plans for improvement.
• Oversee general office administration for the Mumbai location.
• Manage tracking, allocation, and maintenance of company assets.
• Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and facility upkeep.

Requirements

• Up to 2 years of Minimum experience in an HR generalist / executive role.
• Prior experience in the travel industry is preferred but not required; candidates from all industries are welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and manage administrative responsibilities independently.

Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
